Bella Monte is in Full Swing

Bella Monte at Draper Meadows, a condominium and townhome project, has started vertical construction. The project, which is located in Draper City just east of I-15 and north of Bangerter Highway, has prime access to I-15 and the Salt Lake Valley.

Copper Hills at Jordan Marketplace, a condominium and townhome project, is sold out! The project has 38 buildings comprised of 161 condominium and townhome units. Construction is complete on all buildings except one, which is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
